Hourly Kitchen Manager & Supervisor

Our Kitchen Managers & Supervisors are hourly positions responsible for a clean, safe, and organized kitchen that produces great tasting, fresh, and artfully presented food from engaged team members. Kitchen Managers play an important role supporting our General Managers by overseeing the overall operation in the back of house and kitchen area(s) of our restaurants.

 

Service Manager

Our Service Managers are hourly positions responsible for leading the Front of House team to deliver exemplary service to our guests. Service Managers play a vital role in establishing Le Pain Quotidien’s Steps of Service and assisting the General Manager in the overall operations of the restaurant.

 

Assistant General Manager

Our Assistant General Managers are responsible for leading smooth shifts and ensuring a great guest experience.  They have trained others to be Service Managers and now successfully lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.  In addition, Assistant General Managers play a vital role in maintaining store budgets and increasing sales to lead to the profitable operation.

 

General Manager

Our General Managers are enlightened leaders who work through their team to achieve and maintain the highest standards when it comes to team member experience and development, guest experience, and financial results.
