Our Organic Black Olive Spread is undeniably delicious – and so multitalented! The robust and yet simple combination of Tunisian Sahli black olives, a small amount of Meski green olives, extra virgin olive oil, and sea salt make for a delicious spread we love serving at our communal tables at Le Pain Quotidien. The possibilities are endless. Here are some ways to work this tasty olive tapenade into your daily eats:

  1. Make olive aioli by mixing into mayonnaise. Try it on your next roast beef or turkey sandwich.
  2. Thin it out with extra virgin olive oil and use it as a flavorful dipping oil for bread.
  3. Mix a small amount into spaghetti, tossing to coat the strands. A little goes a long way.
  4. Mix into hummus. Délicieux!
  5. Grill fish, steak, chicken and vegetables with a spoonful on top for flavor!
  6. Add a small amount to avocado toast with red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and a dash of salt and pepper.
  7. Mix into butter and rub on corn before grilling.
  8. Add dollops to a homemade pizza with artichokes, eggplant, and roasted red peppers.
