1. Organic Grapefruit Ginger Tonic
Full of immune-boosting vitamin C for battling those winter colds, this refreshing drink is made with cold-pressed grapefruit juice, freshly grated ginger and antioxidant-rich turmeric. We steep it overnight, and when you’re ready to order, we’ll add a splash of sparkling water for an invigorating burst of freshness!
2. Organic Hot Lemon, Honey & Ginger
Perfect for warming up on a cold winter’s day, this steamed infusion is made with organic lemon juice, freshly grated ginger and our organic Acacia honey. Just like our new tonic, this warm and soothing drink is a great way to ward off winter sniffles and scratchy throats.

3. Warm Quinoa Porridge
Oatmeal, meet your match! To make this hearty porridge, we simmer protein-packed organic quinoa in almond milk with raisins, cinnamon and a touch of maple syrup, then top it with toasted almonds and ricotta. If you like overnight oats, get ready for a new favorite.
4. Organic Coconut Yogurt & Banana Parfait
This creamy breakfast parfait is so delicious, it could double as dessert! Made with the locally-sourced and organic Anita’s Coconut Yogurt, this parfait is topped with fresh banana slices, tart raspberry compote and our house-made Caravan mix. Not only is coconut yogurt a refreshing dairy alternative, but Anita’s is churning out one of the only coconut yogurts on the market that’s completely additive and chemical-free—even more reason to feel good about digging in!

5. Roasted Cauliflower, Kale & Cheddar Frittata
The winter edition of our classic organic egg frittata features roasted cauliflower, cheddar cheese and kale. Served with a seasonal green salad and a side of tangy, protein-rich Greek yogurt, this is the perfect wholesome and filling winter meal!
6. Pole-Caught Tuna Salad Tartine
While traditional tuna is net-caught, which can be harmful to other wildlife, ours is pole-caught, one fish at a time. Our winter tartine is topped with a bright and citrusy tuna salad, including crisp celery, sweet currants, walnuts and red onion. Social responsibility has never tasted better!
7. Chicken Pot Pie
Looking for a tasty way to chase away winter’s chill? Look no further than our pot pie. This hearty stew features organic chicken with vegetables in mushroom stock and cream, topped with a freshly baked pastry shell. Don’t sweat the indulgence—we’ll serve it up with a healthy side of seasonal greens!
8. Banoffee Tart
In case you haven’t heard of this traditional English pie before, it rhymes with “coffee,” features banana and dulce de leche and comes topped with unsweetened whipped cream and shaved Belgian chocolate. Order up!
