The sun may have set on summer, but our fall menu is here! We’re welcoming the freshest ingredients of the fall harvest – think: apples, pears, butternut squash, Brussels sprouts and more. Get to know our new menu below, and get ready to spend cozy fall mornings and evenings around our tables.
Cherry Chia Limeade
Tart cherry, lime and mint make this a deliciously tart, slightly sweet sip. We also mix in chia seeds, which pack an omega-3 and protein-filled punch!
Spiced Apple Cider
It wouldn’t be fall without all things apple – so we’re welcoming back this cider made with immune-boosting citrus and ginger as well as star anise, sweet honey and spicy cinnamon. Enjoy hot or cold.
Grapefruit Carrot Ginger Daily Blend
When temperatures dip, you can count on our seasonal daily blend to warm your taste buds! Ginger and cayenne pepper bring heat to this sweet citrus blend, which is packed with antioxidants and immune-boosting ingredients.
Butternut Squash & Goat Cheese Frittata
Sweet butternut squash, creamy goat cheese and fresh chives are the starring ingredients in this season’s frittata, which is paired with chèvre dressing and a seasonal green salad. We recommend adding smoked salmon or avocado!
Select New York locations get another, protein-packed breakfast option – organic baked eggs with smoked salmon and fresh dill. We serve it up in a cast iron skillet – add avocado for a boost!
When colder days arrive, we’ll have something warm for you to dig into. We’re offering three slow-cooked stews over the season – beginning with Chicken, Olive & Ancient Grain sorghum! Stay tuned for a Pork and White Bean Stew with Andouille Sausage and kale, and Beef Ragu with Farro. (East Coast & Chicago only)
Chicken Salad Toast
Crisp fall apples make another appearance in this toast, which is spread with our chicken and herb salad and comes topped with Braeburn apple slices. Complete the meal with a cup of our daily soup or a seasonal side salad.
Super Seed Avocado Salad
Meet this season’s 100% botanical and flavor-packed salad! Grapefruit, red cabbage, carrots and arugula serve as a base for super seed-coated avocado slices. What these seeds so super? Our seed mix is made from nutritious flax, chia, sunflower and hemp seeds, which together, pack a powerful bunch of omega-3s, antioxidants and protein. We dress it with a gingery miso-tahini vinaigrette. Fun fact: the super seed avocado on the menu at our founder Alain’s new concept, Le Botaniste, inspired this salad!
Warm Autumn Grain Bowl
Your fall favorite is back! This savory bowl features a mix of farro, quinoa, roasted Brussels sprouts and butternut squash served over a bed of arugula and kale. Goat cheese and spiced pecans add texture to every bite.
Cranberry Scone, Pumpkin Muffin, Chocolate Pecan Tart
Don’t forget to grab one of our seasonal goodies from the bakery for the road! Our pumpkin muffin is a fall classic, while our new vegan cranberry scone is a lighter take on the usual, made with flax seeds instead of egg. Of course, our chocolate-y twist on pecan pie, complete with an all-butter pastry shell, will truly indulge your sweet tooth.
