The seasons are changing, and so is our menu! From warm spices to roasted veggies, we’re looking forward to all the cooler weather comforts the season has to offer. Ready to fall in love? Check out what we have in store!
Organic Turmeric Latte
Matcha fans, we have a new latte we think you’ll love! Sometimes referred to as “golden milk” thanks to its rich yellow color, our turmeric latte is caffeine-free and packed with nutrients. Nutty turmeric, known for its anti-inflammatory and disease-preventing properties, mixed with warm cinnamon, black pepper and smooth coconut milk (or your milk of choice!) make this the perfect autumn drink.
Organic Spiced Apple Cider
Of course, it wouldn’t be fall without hot apple cider. Cinnamon, star anise and immune-boosting ginger make this fall classic our go-to, especially when paired with a pumpkin muffin.
Sunny Side Breakfast Bowl
We love grain bowls so much we’d eat them any time of day – which is why we’re introducing a savory breakfast bowl full of ancient grains (farro and quinoa) and all the veggies (Brussels sprouts, sweet potato, greens and marinated cabbage). Creamy avocado and a protein-packed sunny-side-up egg topped with gomasio and citrus cumin salt round out the dish so you can start your day strong.
Chicken Zoodle Soup
If you’re a fan of zucchini noodles or our chicken soup, you’ll want to warm up to a cup of our chicken zoodle soup this fall. Parmesan brings a unique touch of umami – a flavor we know we we’ll be craving all season.
Turkey Bánh Mì (NY, Mid-Atlantic, Chicago)
With our fresh organic baguette serving as inspiration, we created our own version of one of our favorite Vietnamese street foods! If you’re a fan of our Roasted Turkey & Avocado Tartine, this is the perfect sandwich to try for a little extra kick, courtesy of pickled daikon, jalapeño and tangy cilantro.
Ever wonder why it’s called a Croque Madame? The name comes from the idea that the fried egg perched on top of the sandwich resembles an old fashioned woman’s hat. At any rate – this savory sandwich of Gruyère, ham, béchamel and herbes de Provence is the perfect comfort lunch for fall.
Roasted Pear & Spinach Salad
Who said salad can’t cure a sweet tooth? Warm roasted pears, spiced pecans and crunchy dried blueberries adorn a bed of leafy spinach, all tossed in a vinaigrette with lightly sweet pomegranate molasses. We recommend adding bacon for a savory touch.
We’d like to welcome back one of our favorite cool weather flavors – gingerbread-y, slightly spicy speculoos! Whether enjoyed as dessert or with your afternoon coffee, this tiramisu – an Italian tradition that literally translates to “pick-me-up” – replaces traditional lady fingers with speculoos Belgian biscuits. Let your cares fade away as you lose yourself in layers of mascarpone cheese and espresso-soaked cookies.
