Borrowed from the east coast, this frittata brings in the season’s sweetest little veggie. A side seasonal green salad, sour cream and freshly baked bread round out the brunch favorite.

There’s something über satisfying about biting into a crusty baguette. This one comes full of turkey and spread with herb dressing. A rainbow of mixed veggies and accents like arugula, mint, lemon juice, habanero sauce, cilantro and scallions round out the dish, as does pho – a flavorful Vietnamese inspired vegetable broth.
