Exciting news from the bakery: our gluten-free bread has arrived! Available by the loaf or as a substitute in tartines, we are now offering our Organic Super Seed Gluten-Free Bread nationwide.

Just like all of our bread, our new gluten-free bread is made with simple and wholesome ingredients. Baked with a blend of organic buckwheat, oat and corn flour and bursting with nutrient-packed seeds, each slice promises:

  • Chia, which is filled with brainpower-boosting omega-3s
  • Flax, which promotes healthy digestion via powerful antioxidants
  • Sesame, which packs magnesium and calcium for bone health
  • Sunflower, which also packs cancer-fighting, mood-boosting magnesium as well as antioxidants and vitamin E

Together, these ingredients make for a dense, filling alternative – perfect for making toast at home or in your next tartine at Le Pain Quotidien.
