You asked, and we listened. Now, join us in welcoming two of our favorite salads back to our regular menu – the Tuscan White Bean & Prosciutto and Quinoa Taboulé!

Made with a wild arugula base, the Tuscan White Bean & Prosciutto features Parmesan, scallions and basil croutons made from our own organic bread.

Wild arugula also plays a starring role in the the Quinoa Taboulé, but it is finished off with organic quinoa, chickpeas and avocado, and topped with a basil vinaigrette.
