A new year means it’s time for a new seasonal menu! But it’s not totally ‘out with the old.’ While we’re switching up our specials, we’re still using the same honest ingredients we always have to create good, real food.

Gluten-Free Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin

Tangy citrus brightens even the greyest winter days. Start your morning right with this resolution-approved, irresistible gluten-free muffin.

Sweet Potato & Black Bean Toast

Vegans, rejoice! We’re expanding our tartines with a toast we can’t wait for you to try. This hearty toast has protein-packed black beans and nutritious sweet potato, which we top with fresh avocado and a drizzle of our vegan chipotle aioli for a spicy kick.

Warm Roasted Carrot & Quinoa Bowl

Trade in your usual salad for this warm, cozy bowl. Feta, beet hummus and sweet carrots (roasted in-house) top a bed of wild arugula and quinoa, while pistachio, dukkah and spiced tahini dressing transport your taste buds to the Middle East. And, it’s gluten-free.

Oven-Roasted Chicken Ratatouille

For a heartier (but still gluten-free!) dish, cozy up to this delicious plate. Warm, tender chicken confit falls off the bone and is the perfect pair with our ratatouille of zucchini, eggplant, peppers and onions.

Almond Croissant (Not available in LA)

If you’re looking to indulge, this pastry should be your first stop. We fill our flaky, buttery croissants with rich almond cream and bake them in-house daily. One (or two, or three…) won’t hurt!

Seared Tuna with Ancient Grains (LA Only)

Tender forbidden black rice and farro, citrus, crunchy red cabbage and creamy avocado make the perfect salad base for our sustainable pole-caught Yellowfin tuna. We top it all with sesame-cashew sauce and a sprinkle of gomasio – a Japanese dry condiment made from sesame seeds and salt – for an Asian inspired spin.

Tofu Scramble (LA Only)

If you’re looking to eat clean, this is the brunch pick for you. We scramble chickpeas, cremini mushrooms, kale, tomato, red onion and avocado, keeping it low carb and creating the perfect mix of healthy fats and protein. Smoked paprika rounds it out with a subtle spice.

Bonus – since you loved some of our Fall 2017 dishes so much, we’re keeping your favorites around for another season! Our Organic Turmeric Latte, Sunny Side Breakfast Bowl and Chicken Zoodle Soup are here to stay this winter.
