After a long winter, the arrival of spring is one of our favorite times of year – the days get longer, the air gets warmer and some of our favorite produce (hello, spring peas and little gem lettuce!) is back in season. This year, we’re celebrating the warmer days with a spring menu that’s as fresh as it gets.
It’s that time of year again! Nothing is more refreshing than our hydrating watermelon cooler, made with cold-pressed watermelon juice, a touch of orange and lemon juice and garnished with fresh mint and cucumber. If you’re a lemonade afficionado – say hello to your new drink order.
When you wake up craving something savory but are short on time, our new breakfast sandwich is here to satisfy! We tuck an organic over-medium egg, creamy avocado, sharp cheddar and spicy chipotle aioli into our homemade buttery brioche bun. We’ll even add our crispy, nitrate-free bacon, if you’re feeling extra indulgent. Try ordering through our app when you’re on the go!
For a full spread with your favorite items, we plate half an avocado toast with an organic soft-boiled egg, marinated kale salad and fresh fruit (like pineapple, berries and kiwi). We love to add a side of smoked salmon or bacon.
Spring Pea & Goat Cheese Frittata
Spring is back, and so is one of our favorite frittata combinations! Sweet spring peas balance with tangy, melted goat cheese in this oven-baked brunch favorite. Served with our homemade Chevre dressing and our seasonal green salad featuring peppery, mineral packed watermelon radish. *New York guests: You can enjoy mini frittatas on the go! Pick up our mini spinach and goat cheese mini frittatas next time you stop by our bakeries to pick up a coffee.
Oven-Roasted Chicken Caesar Salad
Our Caesar salad starts with sweet, tender little gem lettuce mixed with mineral-rich radicchio, salty Parmesan, homemade baguette croutons and our house Caesar dressing. We add our succulent chicken confit leg, which we cook for hours until it gets a perfectly crispy skin. It’s the perfect dish for a healthy dinner or a hearty lunch.
Roasted Turkey Club
Change up your usual roasted turkey tartine order and bite into our spin on this classic. We slather a fresh baked brioche roll with (vegan!) smoky chipotle aioli, and add salty bacon, roasted turkey, juicy tomatoes and crisp little gem lettuce. Take your pick of a side Caesar salad or our soup of the day for the perfect lunch combo. Tip: We recommend adding avocado.
Gazpacho’s one of our go-to warm-weather soups. Enjoy our take on this classic Spanish chilled soup, made from blended tomatoes and red peppers and topped with cool cucumber, crunchy radish and basil oil. Served with crusty baguette for dunking (of course!).
