Vanilla Bean Shaken Iced Latte

In summer, we like our coffee iced. This vanilla bean latte – made by shaking organic espresso and homemade syrup with ice until perfectly frothy – makes for a sweet pick-me-up. Splashed with your milk of choice.

Tomato, Goat Cheese & Chive Frittata

While frittatas are a brunch time favorite no matter the season, plump grape tomatoes transform the classic into a summer delicacy. A seasonal green salad rounds out the dish.

Another summer time classic? Chilled gazpacho, topped with fresh mango, cucumber and radish. Make it a meal by ordering with a side of avocado mash, which adds an extra dose of satiating, healthy fat!

Saving room for dessert? You’ll want to for the sake of this summer tart! Fresh figs – smooth on the outside, yet chock full of crunchy, chewy seeds – enjoy their moment. Depending where you live, you may be in for the extra treat of a special summer drink! Select New York locations will offer guests a cold-pressed Summer Green Juice bursting with swiss chard, pineapple, cucumber and mind. Chicago guests can sip on Raspberry Lemonade, while guests in several cities can celebrate the return of the Watermelon Cooler.
