Antiques & Design:

We can’t take all the credit for our cozy spaces. We work with Antiques & Design, the original craftsman of the first communal table in Brussels, Belgium, for all our design needs. Antiques & Design specializes in the reclaimed, romantic furnishings we love at Le Pain Quotidien.

Les Moulins Mahjoub:

We are proud to work with Les Moulins Mahjoub to supply the ingredients for many of our Mediterranean inspired dishes and pantry items such as our sea salted mountain wild capers, sundried tomatoes spread, and black olive spread among others. Les Moulins Mahjoub, based in Tebourba, Tunisia, produces a range of delicious, organic products from the traditional harissa we use in our Chicken Curry Salad Tartine’s harissa-cranberry chutney to the first cold pressed, organic extra virgin olive oil on our tables, the purest available made with the Mahjoub family’s unique hand-skimming technique that dates back many hundreds of years.

Because we value a sustainable, organic product, we partner with Organic Valley to supply many of our ingredients like our butter and eggs.
