Prosciutto & Honey Tartine on a Fresh Baguette



(Serves 4)

½ Fresh Organic Sourdough Baguette
4 Tbsp Organic Cultured European Butter
4 Slices Prosciutto
1 Tbsp Organic Honey
Freshly Cracked Black Pepper


Whether you're entertaining or in need of an easy dinner, a fresh baguette is the perfect base for your dish. If you're a fan of our tartines, you know how much we love to spread delicious, simple ingredients on fresh bread - fitting, since 'tartiner actually means 'to spread' in French.

This tartine especially, which pairs sweet butter and honey with salty prosciutto, is the answer to all our fall cravings - and better yet, you can make it in a pinch at home!

  1. Allow the butter to sit at room temperature for 1 hour, until soft. With a whisk, whip it in a mixing bowl until light and creamy.
  2. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 2 pieces.
  3. Spread the butter in a thin layer on the cut side of the baguette.
  4. Top with prosciutto slices.
  5. Drizzle with honey and garnish with black pepper. We love using our Organic Acacia Honey for its slightly floral flavor – we keep both pantry items stocked in our restaurants, ready for you when you need them.
