Argentinian pastrami croque

For this season’s specials, we collaborated with Argentinian chef Charlee to create a fusion of our classic croque monsieur and their favorite croque steak, blending the best of Belgium and Argentina in every bite.

Ingredients

Double slice of toasted organic sourdough wheat bread with marinated pastrami, pesto rosso bio, sautéed mushrooms, Comté, pickled red onion and Romaine salad
