Terms & Conditions Strava Competition
1. Challenge Period
The Challenge runs from 1 March 2026 (00:00 CET) to 31 March 2026 (23:59 CET). Only activities recorded within this period will be eligible for the reward.
2. How to Participate
To participate in the Challenge:
Complete the official Strava Challenge segment during the Challenge period while recording their activity in the Strava app.
Only participants who successfully run through the segment with a valid, recorded Strava activity will be deemed to have completed the Challenge and be eligible to receive a reward.
Follow the challenge completion steps and provide the required personal details on the Challenge completion page to receive a personal promo code by email.
Present the promo code at the counter before payment at any Le Pain Quotidien restaurant in Belgium, excluding Zaventem, Uccle Parvis, Mons, and Jambes.
3. Rewards
Brussels:
Receive a juice on the house with any purchase of at least €3.
Offer valid from 1 March to 30 April 2026, during restaurant opening hours, while supplies last.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product.
Lost, deleted, or expired promo codes will not be replaced.
Antwerp:
Receive a baguette on the house with any purchase of at least €3.
Offer valid from 1 March to 30 April 2026, during restaurant opening hours, while supplies last.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product.
Lost, deleted, or expired promo codes will not be replaced.
4. Promo Code Terms
Promo codes are personal and non-transferable.
Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
Promo codes cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless explicitly stated.
5. Participant Conduct
Le Pain Quotidien reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
Manipulates or falsifies activity data;
Uses fraudulent methods to complete the Challenge; or
Breaches these Terms & Conditions.
Disqualified participants forfeit any right to a reward.
6. Liability & Participant Responsibility
By participating in the Challenge, participants acknowledge and agree that they do so entirely at their own risk. Running, jogging, or otherwise completing the official Strava segment may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, or other injuries.
Le Pain Quotidien, its affiliates, and partners (including Strava) shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, accident, or health-related incident that may occur while participating in the Challenge.
By participating, participants release and hold harmless Le Pain Quotidien, its employees, officers, and partners from any and all claims arising from participation in the Challenge, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, or loss of property.
7. Intellectual Property / Use of Name & Likeness
By participating, participants grant Le Pain Quotidien a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, or Challenge activity data for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Privacy / Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed by Le Pain Quotidien in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU GDPR, solely for the purposes of administering the Challenge and delivering rewards.
Participants may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting Le Pain Quotidien at feedback@lepainquotidien.be
9. Force Majeure
Le Pain Quotidien reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the reward offering, or to amend these Terms & Conditions, in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
In such circumstances, Le Pain Quotidien shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling rewards and may, where necessary, modify, suspend, or cancel the Challenge. Any changes will be communicated through official Strava channels.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising in connection with the Challenge shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
