Alain Coumont, founder of Le Pain Quotidien, has produced his first olive oil at his new estate in Montellano at the foot of the Sierra de Grazalema, in Andalusia. This olive oil is exclusive to Le Pain Quotidien customers and is available in 2L and 3L bottles.

This is his first harvest, only 200 bidons are available in France and we promise you they won’t last long.

This Extra Virgin premium olive oil is cold pressed, early harvested, unfiltered, hand-harvested, has 0 chemicals, with an incredible super low acidity at 0,1 %. It is pressed within 5 hours of picking from organic (not certified) & not irrigated farming. The olive oil pairs exquisitely with a fresh tomato mozzarella salad or is perfect for making croutons with our organic baguette. Did we just hear summer calling?!
