Have you noticed that hemp seeds is the star of our spring menu? We’re so excited about incorporating it into our menu because of all the sustainability benefits. When it comes to taste, our hemp seeds bread really delivers.

On top of hemp being sustainable, it’s a nutrient-rich powerhouse. Hemp seeds are a treasure trove of vitamins (B and E) and minerals as magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc and phosphorus. They contain over 60% of soluble fibre and protein essential for gut health. We mix hemp flour with our sourdough for a distinctive springtime flavour of hazelnuts and pine nuts, with a hint of rosemary. Our cannabis-hemp bread is also rich in plant-based protein and omega-3s.
