Le Pain Quotidien may refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. If we terminate or suspend your Account or refuse service, you must still fulfill any existing obligations you have to pay for food or services you ordered prior to terminating or suspending your Account or any Services we were providing to you.

Ordering From Le Pain Quotidien

By opening an Account and ordering food from Le Pain Quotidien, you are agreeing to our Terms of Use, including those governing your purchases from and payments to Le Pain Quotidien.  If you violate the Terms of Use, we may cancel your Account.
