Made with a blend of wheat and spelt flour, our Protein Bread is enriched with quinoa, peas, coral lentils, and pumpkin seeds. This combination boosts its protein content and gives it a rich and nutty flavour.
Like all of our sourdoughs, it’s given a long, cold-proof overnight in linen baskets to develop deep, complex flavours. We use a combination of natural sourdough and a touch of yeast to help it rise just right. And, of course, it’s stone-baked for that crisp, golden crust that makes every bite unforgettable. Thanks to its high-protein content—with 12.7g of protein per 100g, it’s a great choice to fuel your day.
