Can you deliver to my area?
Our site automatically tells you whether delivery to your office or home is possible.
What happens if I receive a message telling me I am outside the delivery range?
Please email us at ukcatering@lepainquotidien.co.uk with your enquiry. We will endeavour to find a solution for you. If we cannot find a solution we will be able to let you know this quickly.
By what time do I need to place an order?
Orders need to be placed by 4:00pm the day before delivery please (Monday to Friday only). It is possible to order further in advance also.
Can I collect an order?
Yes. Please choose the ‘Collection’ option. There is no minimum spend for collections but please adhere to the order cut-off of 4:00pm the day before collection for placing orders.
Can I request a delivery time?
Yes. We will do our upmost to get your delivery to you for your chosen time. However, because it is not possible to satisfy every time request, we may need to deliver up to thirty minutes prior to your chosen time. If you cannot be flexible on the delivery time, please tell us at ukcatering@lepainquotidien.co.uk and we will prioritise your delivery.
Do you deliver at weekends?
The online ordering site will not allow for orders to be placed for weekend deliveries. If you have a request for weekend delivery please email ukcatering@lepainquotidien.co.uk and we will organise for you where possible.
Can I make my own products?
Unfortunately it is not possible to request additional ingredients to products, or to build your own product. If a platter/ board of pastries/ savoury brioches/ baguettes/ tartines/ sandwiches contains a filling that you do not want, it is possible to remove that filling and to replace it with one of the existing fillings from the same board.
Can I add additional delivery locations for delivery?
Yes. You are welcome to add additional delivery addresses
How do I amend or cancel my order?
By contacting the ukcatering@lepainquotidien.co.uk email address before 5:00pm the day before delivery or collection. You will receive a confirmation of the amendment or cancellation once it is processed.
Is there a minimum spend for delivery?
Yes, £40
Can I set up a corporate account?
Yes. Please email ukcatering@lepainquotidien.co.uk to request a credit facility. Alternatively, orders can be paid for by debit or credit card including AMEX.
Do you offer vegan options on platters?
Yes. The baguette, tartine and sandwich selection platters all contain one vegan option.
Can I order from the breakfast menu for lunchtime delivery and from the lunch menu for breakfast delivery?
Yes. The menu is versatile, and we are happy to deliver all products at any time. Certain products that require more production time might affect early delivery times but please check with us first.
Do you deliver hot food?
No, sorry.
Do delivery charges apply?
Yes. We partner with courier companies to make sure your food is delivered promptly and professionally. Please see the chart below for a breakdown of charges. If you cannot see your postcode, please contact us for more information.
