Le Pain Quotidien takes allergens extremely seriously so we do our best to segregate and control the risk of allergen cross-contamination in our restaurants.
However, since we work in an open environment, we cannot guarantee that any of our freshly prepared dishes are completely free from allergens. For this reason, please be aware that we use the following ingredients in our kitchens, and thus a possibility of cross-contamination exists with any of them:
-Cereals containing Gluten, namely; wheat (such as spelt & Khorasan wheat), rye, barley, oat or their hybridised strains.
-Sulphur dioxide & sulphites at concentrations of more than 10mg/kg or 10mg/litre
The allergen information provided should be used as an assessment to guide customers, before eating any of our dishes, so they are able to select items they consider appropriate according to their own level of sensitivity.
