Tartine Club Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Tartine Club is a loyalty program offered by MAYBAKERY, a Sole Proprietorship Limited Liability Company, headquartered in Casablanca, Oukacha business park, Service Building B, 3rd floor, Office No. 32, Ain Sebaa, and registered with the Casablanca Commercial Court under number 540931 (hereinafter referred to as “Le Pain Quotidien Morocco”). This program allows its members to collect points with every purchase made at participating Le Pain Quotidien restaurants in Morocco, in accordance with the terms defined in these general conditions.

Membership

To participate in the Tartine Club loyalty program, you must meet the following criteria:
• Minimum age: 18 years.

Le Pain Quotidien Morocco reserves the right to refuse membership for legitimate reasons, particularly in cases of non-compliance with the membership or program usage conditions.

How to register: Via the Tartine Club mobile application, available on the Apple Store and Play Store.

Any attempt to abuse the loyalty program will result in immediate and permanent exclusion from the program, as well as the loss of accumulated points.

Point Collection

Points are collected with each purchase made at a participating Le Pain Quotidien restaurant in Morocco, provided that you identify yourself as a Tartine Club member before the purchase is finalized. Once the purchase is completed, no points can be added afterward, even if you identify yourself post-purchase.

You can identify yourself in the following ways:

  • By presenting your member ID – QR code – via the app (Tartine Club Le Pain Quotidien Morocco).

  • By providing your temporary code generated by the app.

Unless otherwise indicated at the restaurant, each purchase of 1 Moroccan dirham earns 1 point. The purchase amount is calculated based on the net amount after any discounts or reductions.

You can also receive 20 points when a new member registers using your personal referral code available in your app account. These points are automatically added to your account.

Tartine Club App

The Tartine Club app is available for free download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Due to the wide range of devices and operating systems, Le Pain Quotidien Morocco cannot guarantee flawless app performance on all devices.

By downloading the app, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the app on your mobile device, strictly in compliance with these terms and applicable Moroccan law. It is forbidden to disassemble, decompile, or reverse-engineer the app. Use of the app for spamming, phishing, or any other illegal activity is also prohibited.

Le Pain Quotidien Morocco does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation of the app. Users should be aware of the risks associated with using the Internet and mobile apps.

Points and Rewards

  • Point Validity: Points are valid for one year from the date of acquisition. After this period, they can no longer be exchanged for rewards.

  • Vouchers: You can redeem your points for vouchers during their validity period via the Tartine Club app or directly at a participating Le Pain Quotidien Morocco restaurant. Vouchers are only valid in participating restaurants and cannot be used for purchases made through third-party platforms.

  • Voucher Validity: Vouchers have an expiration date, as indicated in the app, after which they will no longer be usable.

  • Rewards: The list of rewards and the number of points required to obtain them can be viewed in the Tartine Club app. The reward offerings may be modified at any time without prior notice.

Upon your first registration, you will receive a welcome gift in the form of a butter croissant or pain au chocolat. This gift may vary depending on product availability.

Participating Restaurants

Points can be collected and vouchers redeemed at Le Pain Quotidien restaurants in Morocco, excluding locations specifically listed as non-participating.

Points cannot be collected nor vouchers redeemed for purchases made via third-party platforms.

Accuracy of Points

Le Pain Quotidien Morocco makes every effort to ensure that points and vouchers are correctly allocated. However, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or if obligations cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to correct any errors in point allocation.

Membership Termination

Tartine Club membership is of indefinite duration. You can terminate your membership at any time by submitting a written request to: tartine.club@lepainquotidien.ma, or by deleting your membership via the app.

Le Pain Quotidien Morocco also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the loyalty program at any time, with reasonable notice to members, in accordance with Moroccan law.

Personal Data Protection

We respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable Moroccan data protection laws. For more information about how we process your data, please consult our privacy policy available on our website.

Changes to the Terms

Le Pain Quotidien Morocco reserves the right to modify these terms and the Tartine Club program at any time. Changes will take effect 10 days after notification to members, via email, SMS, or push notification, depending on the information and consent provided by the member.
