The Information Le Pain Quotidien Collects

Although the sections above describe our primary purpose in collecting your information, in many situations we have more than one purpose. For example, if you complete a Mobile App order we may collect your information to perform our contract with you, but we also collect your information as we have a legitimate interest in maintaining your information after your transaction is complete so that we can quickly and easily respond to any questions about your order. The Website and Mobile App are not directed toward and designed for use by persons under the aged of 16. Le Pain Quotidien will not approve applications of, or establish or maintain registrations for any child whom Le Pain Quotidien knows to be under the age of 16. Le Pain Quotidien does not solicit or knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16.
How We Protect Your Information
Le Pain Quotidien protects your information using reasonable technical, physical, and administrative security measures to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of your information. Some of our safeguards include firewalls, data encryption, physical access controls, and administrative informational controls. When you transmit highly sensitive information (such as a credit card number) through the Website or in the Mobile App, we encrypt the transmission of that information. In some areas of the WiFi, Website or the Mobile App, we may provide a link to another website. We have no control over the privacy practices of websites or applications that we do not own.
