FAQ ABOUT OUR LOYALTY PROGRAM
Can I only earn points in the app?
You do not have to exclusively order using the app to receive points. Loyalty points can be earned with in-app, online, dine-in, or to-go purchases. When ordering in-app or on order.lepainquotidien.us, you must be signed into your account.
When dining in or purchasing to-go, present your app to our team to scan your QR code. Upon scanning and paying, your points will be automatically added to your account.
I made a purchase but my points haven’t been updated. Can you help me?
If for any reason you didn’t earn points when you ordered or dined with us, you may email us at email@example.com with your full name, the email associated with your loyalty account, and proof of purchase so that a member of our team can assist you.
Do all online orders qualify for loyalty points?
All online or in-app orders placed with Le Pain Quotidien US properties qualify for loyalty points.
Third-party online orders (e.g. UberEats, Grubhub) do not qualify for loyalty points.
