Dining receipts
In order for us to assist you in locating a dining or retail receipt, we require all of the following information:
1. Specific location of restaurant
2. Date of meal
3. Total amount charged
4. Last four digits of credit card
5. Type of card used
6. Expiration date of card
7. It is also helpful to have the check number, but this information isn’t required.
Please send the above information to receipts@lepainquotidien.us. Requests usually take 3-5 business days.

If for any reason you didn’t earn points when you ordered or dined with us, you may email us at app@lepainquotidien.us with your full name, the email associated with your loyalty account, and proof of purchase so that a member of our team can assist you.
