Although the sections above describe our primary purpose in collecting your information, in many situations we have more than one purpose. The Website and Mobile App are not directed toward and designed for use by persons under the aged of 16. Le Pain Quotidien will not approve applications of, or establish or maintain registrations for any child whom Le Pain Quotidien knows to be under the age of 16. Le Pain Quotidien does not solicit or knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16.
